Marionette Tower
A marionette that only moves when the tower he lives in is pushed. It's a meditation on autonomy and my first plunge into wooden gear construction. This was my first project involving wood gears and I give credit to Matthias Wandel and his incredible resources at http://woodgears.ca/.

Puppet, Puppeteer, Pallavi
This pseudo mechanical puppet only moves when the tower he’s built in is physically pushed around a space. Here I am showing the mechanism to Pallavi, a warm hearted genius who is going places–hair or no hair.
