The Cape is a recurring theme throughout my work. I used to wear a cape everywhere all the time because I was ready to live my life. Then one day I homeless guy on the street told me I needed to get some sex in me and it hurt my feelings, and so now I only wear a cape on special occasions like holidays or poetry readings.
After I stopped wearing my cape, I built the Alejandroid self-puppet so that he could wear it in my stead. Being yourself in a misunderstanding world is a hefty burden, but if you are blindly confident sometimes it works out. Alejandroid’s head was later torn off and stolen.
